Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of apertureexperiences.com and to registering for or attending any Aperture Experiences event. Aperture Experiences is a DBA of Dan Jahn Photography, LLC, part of the PHOTOSPACE family of services. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & payment

A spot is reserved only when registration and payment are completed through our Stripe checkout. Prices, dates, and capacity are shown live on each experience page and may change until you complete checkout. Cancellations, refunds, and transfers are governed by our booking & cancellation policies.

Eligibility & conduct

Experiences are designed for adults; under-18 model participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Each experience lists who it is and isn't suited for. We may decline or remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to models, staff, or other guests, and reserve the right to refuse service.

Image usage & releases

Rights to images you create vary by experience and are described on each experience page; a model release is included for approved uses. Aperture Experiences and its collaborators may photograph or record the event for documentation and promotion. By attending, you consent to being included in such material unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

Assumption of risk & liability

Photography experiences involve equipment, lighting, movement, and sometimes outdoor locations. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own gear. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aperture Experiences and Dan Jahn Photography, LLC are not liable for personal injury, or loss of or damage to personal property, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Intellectual property

Site content — text, branding, and imagery — belongs to Aperture Experiences or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Changes & governing law
