Aperture Experiences (a DBA of Dan Jahn Photography, LLC) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through apertureexperiences.com, why, and your choices. Questions? Email hello@apertureexperiences.com.

Information we collect

Registrations: name, email, phone (optional), and the experience/date you book.
Inquiries & notify list: name, email, and any message you send us.
Model signups: name, email, phone, Instagram (optional), reference photos, and optional details such as height and clothing/shoe size that help us prepare for the shoot.
Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers; we retain a transaction reference and the amount paid.
Usage data: if analytics are enabled, standard, privacy-respecting usage metrics (pages viewed, device type). We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

To process registrations, model signups, and payments.
To send transactional email — confirmations, logistics before an experience, and replies to your inquiries.
To notify you when a new date opens, if you asked to be on that list.
To operate, secure, and improve the site.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary data with providers that run the site on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (secure database & storage), and Vercel (hosting and bot protection). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies to function and, during checkout, cookies set by Stripe. If web analytics are enabled, an analytics cookie may also be set. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention & your choices

We keep booking and signup records as long as needed for operations, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request access to, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information — including model reference photos — by emailing hello@apertureexperiences.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The site and bookings are intended for adults. Under-18 model participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who provides any information on their behalf.
